How do I buy a product from Futurecuts, through the Kagi secure payment service?

When you purchase a product from Futurecuts you will arrive at a Kagi order page when you click the buy, and then the checkout button on the Futurecuts website. Just proceed by following the logical steps in the online payment service, and then decide if you want to send the order form via the internet or if you want to print it out and mail or fax it to us. Please remember to scroll down on some of the pages if you do not see the payment option that you want to use on the visible part of the page.


When paying online you may pay by credit card, cash, check or money order

1. Click in the box next to the product you wish to purchase. Enter the number of copies that you desire to purchase.
2. Click on "postcard receipt" if you want a paper receipt mailed to you ($1.25 extra). If you do not have an email address you must request a postcard receipt.
3. Click "Continue."
4. Enter your email address using lower case letters. If you have an anonymous e-mail account (ie, Yahoo or Hotmail) you may have trouble completing your order (especially if you are outside of the United States). If you are in the US, and wish to use an anonymous e-mail address, be sure to include the credit card billing address. The charge will only be approved if the billing address matches the records held by the card issuing bank. We recommend that you use a traceable e-mail account if at all possible.
5. Enter your name. Enter your postal address. If you are paying by credit card, the address must match the billing address for your card. Choose your country from the list by clicking once to highlight the country name.
6. If paying by credit card
Enter your card number as shown on the card. Do not enter spaces or punctuation to separate the numbers. Please also enter you security ID number on your credit card if one is available. The order page will have information about where to find the security ID on your specific credit card. Use the pull down menus to select the month and year that of the credit card expiration date.Click the PURCHASE button.
7. If you are paying by cash, check or money order, choose that option.
If you chose the cash option, the page will convert the amount to the currency you selected. Click the PURCHASE button. You will then see an order form which contains all of the information you have entered, and a barcode. Print this form and mail the form along with your cash or check to the address shown on the form.
8. If you are purchasing with a purchase order
Follow the instructions as if you are paying by check. After the order has been processed by your purchasing department, they send a check with the order form, to the address shown on the form. We cannot process a purchase made via purchase order without a check.


What if I need help with placing my Kagi order?

If you are having a problem with your order you can e-mail Kagi at admin@kagi.com or call Kagi's customer support line at +1 (510) 601-5244, Monday through Friday, from 9 am until 4 pm PST. If you are having trouble establishing a secure connection, check the following: Check the URL you are attempting to access. It must be a order.kagi.com address. Check the version of your browser and make sure that it is current. If you receive an error similar to "Certificate Authority Is Expired", this indicates you are using an outdated Browser and need to upgrade. Alternatively you can click "Continue" on the error dialog and your transaction will remain secure despite the warning. If you receive an error similar to "Unknown signature algorithm", this indicates you are using an outdated Browser and need to upgrade. What forms of payment does Kagi accept?

Kagi accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, Discover (Novus), Diner's Club, Eurocard, Carte Blanche, JCB).
We also accept checks, cash, purchase orders (when accompanied by a check) and money orders. We process orders in over 40 currencies.

Purchasing on-line/off-line options:

· Credit Card off-line, print the order form then fax or mail
· Cash, print order form then mail (customers pay a US $1 cash fee)
· Check, print order form then mail (customers pay US $1 check fee plus any bank charges, usually around $2)

This is the number to use if you wish to place a credit card order by phone. This is an "announcement only" line. You cannot leave a message here. However, this line provides an option for the caller to transfer to Kagi's phone order representative. Payment by credit card is the only option if you order by phone. An additional $5.00 service fee is charged for phone order processing.

Please note: It is usually best to place your order Online or via Email. These methods provide the fastest processing times, and there are no additional handling fees.
